  2.  Keep silent and remain seated during the whole process, and if you go to the bathroom, please wait outside after that for the second session to start.
  3. Drink the tea while it is hot. If you feel it is too hot for you, use your nose to inhale the tea qi into your body, and then exhale to the side. Repeat several times, the temperature of tea will drop naturally, please do not blow the tea with your mouth.
  4.  it is recommended to sit cross-legged naturally for comfort. Either the half lotus, full lotus or any easy pose will do . In the process of tea reading, please try to stay in the same sitting posture, cause if you move, the qi will dissipate.

  7. In the process of tea reading, there will be hiccups, gas expelling, runny nose or tears, these are normal reactions with the tea qi running in your body
  8. When the Song“Ode to Tea Immortals”is played, the tea reading is coming to an end. You can hum along with the music while focusing your voice on Dantianthe energy center of your body, which will help the tea qi to further clear the vital engery in your body

Once again, it’s important to drink the tea when it is still hot, and do not cool it down. If it is too hot for you to drink, please continue to inhale the tea qi and exhale to the side. Please be aware that the essense of body reading tea is the tea qi
